Deep Hole Gun Drill
Gun drills are an effective tool for deep hole drilling that can machine a wide range of deep holes from mold steel, fiberglass, plastics such as Teflon, to high-strength alloys such as P20 and Inconel. In deep hole processing with strict tolerance and surface roughness requirements, gun drilling can ensure the dimensional accuracy, positional accuracy and straightness of the hole.

In production, according to the diameter of the gun drill and through the inner cooling hole of the transmission part, the shank and the carbide tip, the gun drill can be made into two types of integral type and welded type. Its coolant is sprayed from small holes on the flank. Gun drills can have one or two circular cooling holes, or a single girdle hole.
